The Keen Family created a scholarship fund in honor of their daughter, Carolyn, who tragically left us in December 2008. Carolyn was a member of the Class of 2010 and a spirited 'Mercy Girl' and her family invites you to help current and future Gwynedd Mercy Academy girls by donating to the Carolyn Keen '10 Memorial Scholarship Fund. National Honor Society Induction

On Tuesday March 23, 2010, twenty six juniors were inducted into the McAuley Chapter of the National Honor Society. Dr. Shelia Nolan, M.D. '90 addressed the student body and parents. Maura Weber '10, President of NHS, introduced Dr. Nolan and spoke on Character, one of the pillars of NHS.

2010 Inquirer Student Citizenship Award

Alex Melnick '10 represented Gwynedd Mercy Academy as this year's recipient of the Student Citizenship Award from the Inquirer. In a ceremony at the National Constitution Center, 122 outstanding high school seniors throughout the Philadelphia area were honored.

Alex, is president of the student body here at GMA, is a member of the McAuley chapter of the National Honor Society and has played varsity soccer and been a runner on the Track & Field teams for the past 3 years. Alex is also a member of GMA's Chorale, which is our select choir of 30-40 members. We want to congratulate Alex on her many fine achievements and service to GMA!

	Congratulations! Imagination Collaboration
	GMA's Literary Magazine Imagination Collaboration received the rank of Excellent in the 2009 National Council of Teachers of English Program to Recognize Excellence in Student Literary Magazines. Congratulations to all student contributors to this magazine and also to Mrs. Lane, Mrs. Mitchell and the Imagination Collaboration Staff.
