Club de Espanol

In November, the Club de Español celebrated Día de los Muertos with total GMA spirit!  Lindsey Fogarasi '19 made brownies de calaveras and Michaela Guerin '19 made her father's special guacamole dip recipe! The girls also made calaveras (skull heads) out of marshamallows and edible markers. The festivities ended with listening to and singing Spanish songs and watching excerpts from the movie Coco. Fue un día muy divertido!

The ladies also made and decorated an altar typical of the ones you see in a Mexican cemetery used to celebrate the Day of the Dead to remember our GMA loved ones during the month of November.
