The technology clubs at Gwynedd Mercy were hard at work celebrating Computer Science Week and #HourofCode! Gwynedd Girls spent many hours sharing their coding skills with each other and the community.

Ella Magliente '23, pictured with participation certificates, organized the new Minecraft Club and hosted Minecraft Hour of Code Activities. The Robotics Club, led by Tori Starynski '23 and Eva Carmona Regina '21, completed the VEX Hour of Code Activity: Coral Reef Cleanup using their knowledge from VEX Code VR. Robotics Club members also continued mentoring elementary school girls in grades 2-5 during a Girls Who Code club meeting this week. They have taught algorithms, loops, conditionals, and variables.
