The core of the program is dedicated to cultivating character, building confidence, and instilling resilience while developing leadership skills for real-world situations.

Purpose

The Leadership Department of Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of female changemakers. The aim it is to provide a faith-based and mercy-centered educational experience that instills empowerment in young women, sparking inspiration through the four pillars of leadership: 

communication, collaboration, perspective, and resilience. 

These leadership skills build executive presence and confidence, empowering our students to break barriers for women in all their future pursuits.
