Welcome Future Monarchs!

For nearly 160 years, Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School has educated, inspired, and empowered generations of women leaders. As the world changes and evolves at an even faster pace, our commitment to the education of young women is more important than ever. They are the future, and our future is in their hands.

Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School selects young women who wish to pursue a college-preparatory program. Admission is granted to students who meet Gwynedd’s standards and will profit from its educational, spiritual, physical, and social programs. Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School admits students without regard to race, color, religion, creed or national origin. The Admissions Committee reviews evidence of an applicant’s academic abilities, character, and service to her school and community.

360° of Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School

We invite you to walk the red and gold corridors like never before. Enter through our main doors and follow along to get a sense of how a Gwynedd student navigates her day. Imagine yourself collaborating with classmates on group projects in the glass corridor, taking part in experiments in our STEM labs, creating 3D pieces in the Learning Commons, singing on stage in the Performing Arts Center, stepping onto the court in the gym, and enjoying lunch with friends in the cafeteria.  There’s so much to see at Gwynedd. Of course, there’s something missing on this self-guided tour – the people! That’s why Gwynedd students, faculty, and staff want to see you at our Annual Open House on Sunday, October 3rd!  Registration opens in August!
