COACH SARAH HART, HEAD COACH

Sarah Hart is the Head Coach of the Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School Swimming & Diving program and has been with the team for five years. She brings over 15 years of coaching experience, including time at Wissahickon High School and North Hills Country Club. Coach Hart was a four-year swimmer at Gettysburg College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree, and later completed her master’s degree in Elementary Education at American University.

Coach Hart focuses on building a positive team culture where athletes can grow, compete, and enjoy the sport at any level. A recent highlight includes qualifying all three relay teams for the PIAA State Championships in 2025. She values the Mercy philosophy and enjoys seeing her athletes carry those values into the swim team. Outside of coaching, she enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new places.
