SUMMER MAILING This year's summer mailing is going digital! Tomorrow all families will receive an email providing all of the components regularly included in our August back-to-school mailing. Be sure to keep a look out for an email from Principal Kirby!

FAMILY DIRECTORY All families should have received a digital version of our family directory along with a listing of students by zip code with their cohorts. This information may helpful to those families interested in arranging carpools. Please forward any corrections to Sherry Mischler at smischler@gmahs.org. Updated listings will be made available in PlusPortals this week, and a printed directory will be distributed in September.
SCHOOL DAY STANDARDIZED TESTING FOR SENIORS This is a reminder to all seniors that the deadline to sign up for School Day Standardized Testing (ACT/SAT) is tomorrow, August 24th at 8:00am. Please see your email for the registration link.
CONNECTIONS CAMP Connections camp will take place this Tuesday and Wednesday on campus. Parents: Linked to the button below is a form that needs to be completed and returned during your daughter's arrival on both Tuesday and Wednesday's Connection Camp. If you have not done so already, please complete the RSVP for the Parent Meetings on Sept. 1 & 2.

LEADERSHIP DAY Club Leaders are invited to Leadership Day on August 27, 2020. The event begins at 9AM and concludes at 3PM. If you are a club leader and have not yet RSVP'd for the event, please contact Mrs. Guarnaccia at jguarnaccia@gmahs.org.
TEXTBOOK RETURN On Tuesday, August 25th there will be a drive-by textbook drop off at Gwynedd from 9 am - 12 noon. We need to sort through the books and return them to classrooms so please make this date a priority. If you need to arrange to have a friend drop off your books, please do so. When you arrive on campus you will pull up in front of the school to join the drop off line. If there is a long line please drive through the Circle of Mercy to join the line.
Please include the name of each textbook, subject, and book number (on inside front cover or on binding) in the following form: TEXTBOOK FORM. You are to put all textbooks that need to be returned into a plastic bag that is tied closed and labelled with your name and class year (2021, 2020, 2023). Additionally, if you have an activity pin or a locker key/swipe card they must be returned on this day. They may be placed in a sealed envelope with your name and class year. Envelopes should go inside the plastic bag with the books.
Remember, books that were purchased on the online bookstore do not need to be returned. The textbooks that were handed out at school are the ones that need to be returned. There are some exceptions to that:
LEARNING PLAN OPTIONS FORM Last week, a form regarding learning plans was sent to all families. Every family was asked to complete the form by August 21. If you have not done so, please complete asap.
OPENING DAY SCHEDULE
Below is the schedule for the opening days of school (Seniors 8/31; Juniors 9/1; Sophomores 9/2; Freshmen 9/3). In order to make sure we don't go over room capacities, we will need to do two separate run throughs of the schedule each day. During the class meetings we will be going over all the policies and procedures related to re-opening. We will also take student ID pictures during that time which means all students must wear their Gwynedd polo shirt for the first day.
