SENIORS - COLLEGE COUNSELING Senior Parents: Please complete this FERPA Transcript Release Authorization form in preparation for your daughter's materials to be sent to colleges. Thank you!
RUVNA HEALTH SCREENING We will begin using the Ruvna health screening next week. Please take a look at the Ruvna parent information flyer which explains how it will work. Once you have completed the form, you will receive a QR code which will be scanned before being allowed to enter the building.
Students will receive their assigned daily entrance in homeroom on the opening day for their class. This is the entrance they must use every day in order to have their QR code scanned. They will either enter at the Circle of Mercy, the front entrance, or the sports door. The health screening needs to be completed by 7:30 am each day.
However, since they are coming in as a full class next week, the entrances will be a little different for opening day.
Please Note: If you are assigned to the Circle of Mercy entrance, you must enter by the door that brings you in by the Front Office. DO NOT USE the double doors by the ramp in the yellow corridor. Normally, the Circle of Mercy is the only place students are allowed to be dropped off, but this year we have added the Front Entrance as a drop off point. If you are assigned to the Front Entrance, you can pull up along the sidewalk in front of the school. Be mindful that buses use this as a drop off area as well.
OPENING DAY SCHEDULE
Below is the schedule for the opening days of school (Seniors 8/31; Juniors 9/1; Sophomores 9/2; Freshmen 9/3). In order to make sure we don't go over room capacities, we will need to do two separate run throughs of the schedule each day. During the class meetings we will be going over all the policies and procedures related to re-opening. We will also take student ID pictures during that time which means all students must wear their Gwynedd polo shirt for the first day.
