Minding Your Mind (MYM) is a partner organization of Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School, and offers educational programs to schools, parents and students throughout the community. MYM speakers deliver powerful and effective messages of inspiration and hope based on their shared journeys in coping with a mental issue. Their real life accounts help to reduce the stigma and destructive behaviors often associated with mental health issues and illness.

All parents and guardians are invited to this very special evening. Speaker Drew Bergman, an alum of Temple University and St. Joe's Prep, is a dynamic speaker who will share his personal story about battling depression, suicide attempts, and the public "mask" he wore to hide his pain. 

The event will be held in the Gwynedd cafeteria and will begin promptly at 7PM. Feel free to spread the word and bring a friend.
