SPONSORSHIP AND PARTICIPATION LEVELS

$5,000 McAULEY SPONSOR - Includes two foursomes, eight express packs, eight reception guests (in addition to golfers attending), recognition as our title sponsor on Gwynedd's school website, event website and premier sponsor board, company name/logo or family name on one tee sign and one pin flag, opportunity to distribute company literature at event.

$2,500 MERCY SPONSOR(S) - Includes one foursome, four reception guests (in addition to golfers attending), recognition as Mercy Sponsor on Gwynedd's school website, event website and premier sponsor board, company or family name on one tee sign and one pin flag.

$2,000 RECEPTION SPONSOR(S) - Includes one foursome, 2 reception guests, recognition on school website, event website and premier sponsor board. Name or company logo on a dedicated Reception sign.

$1,500 RED & GOLD SPONSOR(S) - Includes one foursome, recognition on Gwynedd's school website, event website and premier sponsor board, company or family name on a tee sign or pin flag.

$1,000 GOLF CART SPONSOR(S) - Includes company or family name displayed on all golf carts. Plus, Gwynedd's school website, event website and sponsor board.

$1,000 HOSPITALITY SPONSOR(S) - Includes company or family name on sign at one of the three hospitality stations and recognition on Gwynedd's school website, event website and sponsor board. 

$1,000 PUTTING GREEN SPONSOR(S) - Includes company or family name on a premier putting green sign and recognition on Gwynedd's school website, event website and sponsor board. 

$750 HOLE CONTEST SPONSOR(S) - Includes company or family name on a dedicated sign at one of three hole contests and recognition on Gwynedd's school website, event website and sponsor board. (Contests are Beat the Monarch, Hit the Green and Putting Green.)

$500 DRIVING RANGE(S) - Includes company or family name on driving range sign. Plus, Gwynedd's school website, event website and sponsor board. 

$400 TEE OR PIN SPONSOR(S) - Includes company or family name on one tee sign or pin flag. Plus, Gwynedd's school website, event website and sponsor board. 

$300 INDIVIDUAL GOLFER 

$250 ALUMNA GOLFER 

$200 CIRCLE OF MERCY ALUMNA GOLFER - 50+ year graduates starting with the Class of 1971.

$175 YOUNG ALUMNA GOLFER - Classes of 2010-2021

$250 BENEFACTOR/DONOR - Name will be listed as a donor on Gwynedd's website, event website and in our President's Report.

$100 EXPRESS PACK - Includes tombola tickets (7), tech basket raffle
tickets (3), and entrance fees for our course contests; Beat the Monarch, Hit the Green, and Putting Green Contests. SAVE $40 and time at check-in.

$75 OPEN BAR & DINNER RECEPTION ONLY - Not a golfer? Join us for cocktails, dinner and our silent auction.

Please note: Anyone who is part of sponsorship foursome or he/she registers as an individual golfer will receive the lunch and cocktail hour/dinner reception within their cost to play.

UNABLE TO JOIN US - Support Gwynedd's financial aid fund by making a donation, purchasing raffle tickets or participating in our silent auction which can be viewed using our online event website. gwyneddgolf2021.givesmart.com (coming soon)
