Great Gwynedd BBQ

A Fun Night Out & Pub Night Gift Gathering For Current Parents
Join us at Gwynedd Mercy on Friday, October 2, from 6:30PM-9:30PM for the Great Gwynedd BBQ. It is a fun, casual introduction to McAuley's Pub Night - February 27, 2027, our largest annual social and fundraising event. Enjoy great food, drinks, and conversation while connecting with fellow parents and helping us build the silent auction and raffle that make Pub Night such a successful and memorable tradition. All proceeds will continue to support the classroom renovation initiative at GMAHS.

Here's how it works:

  1. Purchase a gift with a value of $50+ (or $75+ if you plan to attend as a couple) for the Pub Night Silent Auction or Tombola raffle. See gift suggestions below.
  2. Register for the Great Gwynedd BBQ on the link below, including a description of your gift.
  3. Bring your gift to the Great Gwynedd BBQ or have it delivered to GMA
  4. Have fun meeting old and new friends knowing that your gift will help Pub Night's success

You will receive an acknowledgement of your gift after the BBQ!
